Production Notes:

Venus Flytrap, 2022 vintage: 1.1 tons of Albarino free-run grape skins (Antrim Co. Michigan) and 0.9 tons of French Colombard free-run grape skins (Lodi, California) were  blended together in a stainless steel tank. A spontaneous fermentation was initiated immediately via carbonic maceration and allowed ten days skin contact time. The wine was racked off of the skins and bottled where fermentation was completed. This wine has been disgorged. Only 40 cases produced.

This wine received no sulfur additions.
