Indulgently flashy and ruinously fun, Love Bite is a blend of French Colombard Grapes and sour ‘pie’ cherries. Notes of cherry pie filling are supported by mouth-watering tartness, all of which gives way to lively bubbles to round out the experience. Pairs well with pizza, truffle-oil French fries and getting caught.

Production notes:
Love Bite, 2021 vintage
1.76 Tons of montmorency cherries (Antrim Co. Michigan) and 1.1 tons of French Colombard grapes (Lodi, California) were crushed/ pitted and blended together in stainless steel. A spontaneous fermentation was initiated immediately via carbonic maceration, and remained active for twelve days. Grapes and cherries were pressed gently on day 16 and bottled. 159 cases produced.
This wine received no sulfur additions.
