Feral Cat
'Why can't i Touch it?'
FEELS: Fizzy, Bold + Tart like Sour Candy
TASTES OF: Florals + Juicy Citrus
AFTERTASTE: Lemon Rose Sorbet
Full of wild grace and almost certainly up to no good, Feral Cat’s floral and citrusy aroma practically leaps out of the glass. This sparkling wine is made with Albarino grapes and Loganberries, a blackberry/raspberry hybrid, dripping with personality and a tart bite. Drink’s well with heavy pasta dishes, sashimi and licking your wounds.
No Artificial Preservatives!

Production notes:
Feral Cat, 2021 vintage
0.82 Tons of Loganberries (Cowlitz Co. Washington) and 1.05 tons of Albariño grapes (King’s River, California) were crushed and blended together in stainless steel. A spontaneous fermentation was initiated immediately via carbonic maceration, and remained active for ten days. Grapes and berries were pressed gently on day 12 and the fermented juice was collected and aged in bulk on stainless until the flavors had developed well. A final, small fermentation was initiated just prior to bottling to ensure a sparkling finish. These bottles have been disgorged. 74 cases produced.
This wine received no sulfur additions.
