With a flirty pink hue, juicy fruit notes and bubbly finish, Tasteful Nudes is perfect for the coming warm weather. This super sparkling fruit wine was made by spontaneously co-fermenting a blend of crab apples plus just enough cranberries to provide the soft pink color plus a little extra fruitiness. Pairs well with pizza, trash t.v and finding your best angle.

Tasteful Nudes, 2023 vintage
A field blend of cider crab apples (Connell, WA) produced 890 liters of raw juice, which was co-fermented with 60lbs. of crushed Cranberries in a stainless steel tank. A spontaneous fermentation was initiated immediately via carbonic maceration and allowed 13 days skin contact time. The wine was racked off of the skins/pulp, centrifuged, then canned where fermentation was completed. 182 Cases produced.
This wine received no sulfur additions.
